Meet the Business Owner
I come from a family of educators who have been running three schools in India.
My primary goal is to provide a warm, loving, supportive and caring environment that encourages optimal intellectual, emotional, social and physical development of every child. In order to achieve this, I make use of Montessori methods which allows each child to develop on her/his own pace. I offer a mix of planned activities and free time with individual care and attention to help children learn. Children get to spend time acquiring new skills indoors and in an enclosed yard for safe and fun outdoor activities.
I love spending time with children and always wanted to have a career where I could work with young children. It was a fulfillment of my life's dream when I opened my daycare.
Qualifications of Ruchi Agarwal, Director
- Montessori Early Childhood Teacher
- Early Childhood Education units from San Diego Community College District
- "Site Supervisor Permit" from the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
- Master of Arts in English.
- Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology.
- Bachelor of Education.
- CPR & First aid certified.
- Completed several workshops and trainings in the field of Early Childhood Development.
